Refund and Returns Policy

At Mykiakia, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which products purchased via our website or mobile app may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following policy:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges – Physical Products

You may request a return or exchange of physical items under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item is not on the list of non-returnable items (see Section 6).

 

2. Digital Products – Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (e.g., software, e-books, digital subscriptions, top-up vouchers), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Refunds for digital products will only be granted in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered after successful payment.

  • The product delivered is materially different from what was advertised or purchased.

  • The product is defective, inaccessible, or fails to function as described.

Customers must report such issues within 24 hours of purchase. Proof (e.g., screenshots or error messages) may be required to verify the issue.

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a request for a refund, return, or exchange:

Provide the following:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Clear photos (for physical items) or screenshots/error details (for digital items)

Our support team will confirm and provide next steps.

4. Pickup or Drop-Off – Physical Products Only

Depending on your location and the nature of the return, we may:

  • Schedule a pickup through our delivery partner, or

  • Request you to return the item to a designated drop-off point.

Instructions will be given once your request is approved.

 

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Physical Products: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation. COD refunds will be made via bank transfer (valid account details required).

  • Digital Products: Approved refunds (see Section 2) will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative in certain cases.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

 

6. Non-Returnable Items – Physical Goods

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy, meat)

  • Opened or used personal care items

  • Baby food and formula

  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

 

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Failed Deliveries

  • Physical Products: Report damaged, expired, or incomplete orders within 24 hours. Include photos for faster resolution.

  • Digital Products: Report undelivered, inaccessible, or incorrect purchases within 24 hours. Include relevant screenshots or proof.

We will arrange for replacement, correction, or refund at no additional cost if the issue is verified.

8. Cancellations

  • Physical Orders: Orders may be canceled before processing for delivery. If dispatched, the return process applies.

  • Digital Orders: Cancellations are only possible if the product has not yet been delivered or activated.
