2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM within select areas (e.g., Abuja).

  • Next-Day Delivery: For most locations within our service areas.

  • 2–5 Business Days: For extended regions or high-volume periods.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as location, traffic, weather, and product availability.

 

3. Delivery Hours

Deliveries are made between:

Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
(No deliveries on public holidays or Sundays unless specified.)

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

  • Weight/volume of the items

  • Type of delivery (standard or express)

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

Free delivery may be available for orders that meet a minimum spend threshold or during promotional periods.

 

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed the next business day.
